I often sensed things others didn’t and felt deeply attuned to something beyond the physical. In my early 20s, I would occasionally share intuitive thoughts or reflections that deeply resonated with others. Friends often told me my words came at just the right time. I now recognize these moments as early signs of an intuitive connection—something I wouldn’t fully understand until much later.
And in many ways, stepped away from the inner voice I had once trusted. I stopped meditating. I stopped listening. The clarity I had once known dimmed. Seven years into my marriage, my body began sending unmistakable signals: confusion, cognitive fog, flashbacks, even trouble naming everyday objects. It was as though my entire system—body, mind, and spirit—was asking me to slow down and pay attention. I began working with counsellors, practicing meditation, journaling, and yoga, and slowly began the work of healing.
A few years later, I was introduced to Reiki and felt how powerfully it helped calm my nervous system, soften emotional overwhelm, and create space for clarity. Though I didn’t begin formal training until about five years after my separation, the seeds were planted. Eventually, I began studying Tera Mai Reiki, it felt like coming home. I went on to complete Levels I, II, and III.
Reiki supports deep emotional and spiritual healing, and often helps reduce stress-related symptoms in the physical body. Clients regularly share how they feel lighter, clearer, and more at ease—physically and emotionally—after a session.
Recently I started training in Healing Touch, a modality I had been experiencing for some time myself. HealingTouch is a gentle, heart-centered energy therapy developed by a nurse and widely used in healthcare settings. Backed by research and used in hospitals, clinics, and hospice care, Healing Touch focuses on restoring harmony in the body’s energy field to promote physical healing, reduce pain and anxiety, and support recovery. It’s a beautiful complement to Reiki and adds a clinical dimension to my work that many find reassuring and empowering.
Today, I feel deeply called to support others in their own healing and reconnection—whether they’re moving through emotional challenges, navigating physical pain or recovery, or seeking a deeper sense of purpose and clarity.
Through energy healing, women’s circles, and workshops, I offer a grounded, heart-led space to reconnect with your body’s wisdom and your own inner guidance. Energy healing can be subtle, but its effects are real—supporting your emotional balance, physical well-being, and spiritual growth as an integrated whole.
